1. When you can get a refund
You're entitled to a refund, or a free re-process, for an image if:
- the watermark is still clearly visible in the Output;
- the Output has obvious damage where the watermark was, such as smearing, blurring, ghosting or colour shifts;
- the Output is the wrong image, is corrupted or won't open; or
- we haven't delivered your Output within a reasonable time.
Heavily compressed or very small source images may not give a perfect result. If an Output isn't good enough, tell us and we'll put it right or refund it.
2. Orders we can't complete
Every Output is checked by a person before release. If we can't produce an acceptable result for your order, we'll reject it and refund the full amount to your original payment method automatically. You don't need to contact us.
3. Cancelling an order
At checkout, you ask us to start processing straight away. You can still cancel any images we haven't finished processing, and we'll refund them. Once an Output has been released to your Client Area, you can no longer cancel that image because the service is complete. You're still covered by section 1 if something is wrong with it.
4. When refunds don't apply
- You've changed your mind after an Output has been released and there's nothing wrong with it.
- We've cancelled your order because it broke our Terms, for example because you uploaded images you don't have the right to edit.
- You tell us about a problem more than 14 days after the Output was released, unless your statutory rights say otherwise.
5. How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] with:
- your order number (shown in your Client Area);
- the file name of each affected image; and
- a short description of what's wrong.
We'll look at the Output and reply as soon as we can, either with a re-processed file or to confirm your refund.
6. How you're refunded
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, through Stripe. The amount is £0.99 for each image refunded, or the full order total for a rejected order. Once we've issued it, it usually takes 5 to 10 working days to show on your statement, depending on your bank.
7. Your legal rights
This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. For the full terms of the service, see our Terms.
