Machine speed, human eyes

Algorithmic processing
Our removal pipeline detects the watermark, including semi-transparent logos, tiled text and corner stamps, and rebuilds the image underneath it.

What happens after you pay
[1] QUEUE
Once Stripe confirms payment, your images join the processing queue, and your order shows up in the Client Area straight away.
[2] PROCESS
The algorithm finds the watermark and reconstructs the pixels underneath, using the surrounding detail to fill in texture, edges and colour.
[3] INSPECT
A person reviews the output at full resolution and looks for leftover marks, smearing, ghosting and colour shifts.
[4] RELEASE
Only files that pass inspection are released. You'll find them ready to download in your Client Area.
Responsible use: only upload images you have the right to edit
Be Or8 is a tool for image owners and licence holders. By uploading, you confirm that you own the image, or have the copyright holder's permission, to remove its watermark. Don't upload stock previews you haven't licensed, other people's photography or any image where removing the watermark would infringe someone's rights.

Which file types can I upload?

When does processing start?
As soon as Stripe confirms your payment. Nothing is processed before then, so you're never charged for work you didn't approve.
Why do you check images by hand?
Automated removal is fast, but it isn't perfect. A manual check catches ghosting, smudges and artefacts that software misses, so the file you download is one we'd be happy to use ourselves.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Your account links your payment to your images and gives you a Client Area to track orders and download finished files. Create an account in under a minute.
Can I remove a watermark from any image?
No. You must own the image or have permission from the copyright holder. Be Or8 is for recovering clean copies of your own or properly licensed images. See our Terms for details.
What happens to my files?
Your files are used only to fulfil your order. Our Privacy Policy explains how we store and handle your data.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
